INSTRUCTIONS

• To select a new PIN for your Digipass authenticator, enter your user name, the Digipass response, the Static Password (only if required by the policy), the new PIN, and confirm the new PIN.
• If you are changing your PIN, you must also enter the current PIN. This will not be necessary if you are using your Digipass authenticator for the first time and there is no initial PIN.
• If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need the administrator to reset the PIN for you before you can select a new one.
• This page is not applicable if you enter the PIN directly into the Digipass authenticator using its keypad.
