INSTRUCTIONS

• Enter your user name and password to unlock your account.
• If you are using a Digipass authenticator without a keypad such as the Digipass GO 6 or Digipass GO 7, your password will be your PIN followed by the Digipass response.
• If you are using a Digipass authenticator with a keypad such as the Digipass 270, your password will be the Digipass response.
• If you are using Challenge/Response, leave the Password field blank to receive a challenge. Alternatively, you may have been instructed to enter a keyword and/or your password.
• If you are using Virtual Mobile Authenticator, enter your password and/or keyword to receive a one-time password, following the on-screen instructions.
