Changing Your Back-End Password

Whenever required, you can change your static back-end password, e.g. your Windows password, securely via the User Self-Management Website.

To change your password:

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > Static Password Change.
  2. Enter your credentials.
  3. If you are using a Challenge/Response Digipass authenticator or a Virtual Mobile Authenticator, you must leave the Digipass Response field blank to receive a challenge or a text message. Also, for Challenge/Response authenticators or Virtual Mobile Authenticator authenticators, you may need to enter a keyword instead of or in addition to the instructions you have received.
  4. Enter your new static password.
  5. If your authenticator requires a server PIN, enter your PIN.
  6. Click Change.
