Binding OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio to Your Device

By activating OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio and binding the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio application to your mobile device, you ensure that only the application installed on the bound device will generate valid Digipass responses. Any Digipass responses generated by your OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio application on a mobile device other than the device it was bound to, will be invalid and cannot be used for authentication.

You may need to bind OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio to your device:

• if you have the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio application installed, and
• if you have received a derivation code, and
• if you have been instructed by your administrator to do so.

To bind the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio application to your device:

1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Activate > Device Binding.
2. Enter your user name.
3. Enter the derivation code, which you have received from your administrator.
4. Click Bind Device.
