Activating the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Online

Before you can log in to your company's system using the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator, you need to activate the app on your mobile device. To do so, you must request a color QR code containing your activation credentials from OneSpan Authentication Server, and scan it with your OneSpan Mobile Authenticator.

To be able to activate the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator, you must:

• have the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator installed on your mobile device, and
• not have the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator activated already.

To activate the OneSpan Mobile Authenticator:

1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Activate > Self-Registration, Auto-Assignment, and Online Activation for OneSpan Mobile Authenticator.
2. Enter your user name.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click Continue.
   If authentication is successful, a color QR code containing your activation credentials is displayed.
5. Scan the color QR code using your OneSpan Mobile Authenticator.
   You will receive a confirmation message once the activation process has been successfully completed.
