Changing Your PIN
You may need to change your PIN:
- if your PIN has been reset by the administrator.
- if you have been asked to change it on an occasional or regular basis.
- if you know or suspect that someone else knows your PIN.
If your Digipass authenticator does not have a keypad, you can use User Self-Management Website to change your PIN. If your Digipass authenticator does have a keypad, you must change the PIN in the authenticator itself.
To change your PIN with User Self-Management Website:
- From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > PIN Change.
- Enter your user name.
- If required, enter your static password.
- Use your Digipass authenticator to generate a one-time password.
- Enter the one-time password in the Digipass Response field.
- Enter your current PIN.
- Enter your new PIN in the New PIN and Confirm New PIN fields.
