Changing Your PIN

You may need to change your PIN:

  • if your PIN has been reset by the administrator.
  • if you have been asked to change it on an occasional or regular basis.
  • if you know or suspect that someone else knows your PIN.

If your Digipass authenticator does not have a keypad, you can use User Self-Management Website to change your PIN. If your Digipass authenticator does have a keypad, you must change the PIN in the authenticator itself.

To change your PIN with User Self-Management Website:

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Manage > PIN Change.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. If required, enter your static password.
  4. Use your Digipass authenticator to generate a one-time password.
  5. Enter the one-time password in the Digipass Response field.
  6. Enter your current PIN.
  7. Enter your new PIN in the New PIN and Confirm New PIN fields.
