Registering a User Account and Requesting a Digipass Authenticator

Before you can log in to your company's system using the Digipass solution, you need to have a Digipass user account on OneSpan Authentication Server and a Digipass authenticator.

You may need to register your Digipass user account and request a Digipass authenticator:

  • if you do not already have a Digipass user account, and
  • if you do not already have a Digipass authenticator in your possession, and
  • if you have been instructed to do so by the administrator.

If you have already received your Digipass authenticator, you need to use the Hardware Digipass Authenticator Self-Assignment page instead.

To register a Digipass user account and request a Digipass authenticator:

  1. From the User Self-Management Website menu, select Register > Self-Registration and Auto-Assignment.
  2. Enter your user name.
  3. Enter your static password.
  4. Click Register.
    If authentication is successful, your Digipass user account is created on OneSpan Authentication Server, and a Digipass authenticator is assigned to you. The administrator will send you the Digipass authenticator and provide operating instructions.
